B超直视下无痛流产对减少流产并发症的临床效果分析

Analysis of the effect of painless artificial abortion induced by type B ultrosound on reducing complications due to abortion

目的:探讨B超直视下无痛流产对减少流产并发症的临床效果。方法:将600例早孕患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各300例,观察组患者采取B超直视下无痛流产术,对照组则实施常规的无痛流产术。比较两组患者子宫穿孔、漏吸、吸宫不全及出血等流产并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组子宫穿孔、漏吸及出血发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),吸宫不全发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:B超直视下无痛流产能有效避免和减少子宫穿孔、漏吸、吸宫不全、出血等并发症的发生,提高手术质量,确保患者生命安全。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of painless artificial abortion induced by type B ultrosound on reducing complications due to abortion. Methods： Six hundred pregnant women with early pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group （300 eases for each group） according to the order of their visit. Painless artificial abortion induced by type B uhrosound was adopted in observation group, while the conventional painless abortion was used in control group. The incidence of uterine perforation, missing suction, incomplete suction and bleeding were compared between the 2 groups. Results： The incidence of uterine perforation, missing suction and bleeding was lower in observation group than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） and incomplete suction rate was obviously lower in observation group than that in control group （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Painless artificial abortion induced by type B ultrosound B can effectively avoid and reduce uterine perforation, missing suction, incomplete suction and bleeding, which can improve the quality of surgery and ensure patient＇s safety.
