Strategies and Tactics in Developing Petroleum Substitutes

石油替代是历史发展的必然趋势。笔者就其新作《石油替代综论》一书中涉及石油替代战略与战术的重要问题进行了综述和概括。所述内容包括:石油替代的历史趋势;石油替代的技术和措施,介绍了非常规石油、煤和天然气、生物质能、核能、太阳能和风能作为石油替代能源的有关技术发展现状,分析了石油替代的路线图;氢燃料替代的前景;新替代运输燃料运输工具的开发现状;石油替代对环境的影响;石油替代的技术经济与能源效率评估;石油替代衍生的宏观能源方案评估。最后对石油替代的一些关键问题进行了总结。

Finding alternatives to petroleum is a step the energy industry must take to ensure its energy security.In this article,the authors discuss,in brief,some important questions associated with the development of petroleum alternative development strategies and tactics,which are covered in the authors＇ new book An Overview of Petroleum Alternatives.The questions discussed in this article include the history of petroleum alternatives;petroleum alternative technologies and measures;technical developments associated with alternative energy sources such as unconventional oil,coal,natural gas,biomass energy,nuclear power,solar energy and wind energy;the roadmap for developing petroleum alternatives ;the prospect for hydrogen fuel;the development of alternative fuels-powered vehicles;the impact of alternative energy sources on the environment;the assessment of the technical economics of petroleum alternatives and energy efficiencies;the assessment of macroscenarios of petroleum alternative derivatives.At the end of the article,the authors summarize the key problems in developing petroleum alternatives.
