介绍了热泵型原油加热系统的工艺流程及配套工艺,并通过理论计算验证了应用热泵型原油加热系统回收油田高温污水余热资源的可行性。实际运行表明,该系统原油总吸热功率为1014.4kW。效益估算结果表明,该系统年效益约为613.55万元。最后分析了实际运行值与设计值产生差距的原因。
This article describes the heat pump-type crude oil heating system and associated technologies and validates the feasibility,through theoretical calculation,of using the heat pump-type crude oil heating system to recover residual heat from high-temperature sewage in oilfields.Studies show that the system's total crude heat adsorption power is 1014.4kW.Estimates put the annual revenue from the system at around 6.1355 million yuan.The article also analyzes the causes of the difference between the actual and designed performance of the system.
