超声心动图诊断肺动脉狭窄分型的图谱分析及超声表现

目的本文通过我院2005年5月至2008年3月共诊断19例肺动脉狭窄的图谱分析,探讨肺动脉狭窄分型的超声表现及临床价值。方法使用ATL3500与ATL5000超声诊断仪,探头频率是2～4MHz,经胸对心脏进行各切面扫查。结果19例肺动脉狭窄中,主干型:7例;中间型:12例,其中右肺动脉狭窄5例,左肺动脉狭窄4例,左,右肺动脉均狭窄2例,主干合并中间型1例。按是否合并其它心脏疾病者分:单纯型:5例;合并型14例。结论超声心动图对肺动脉狭窄分型具有较高的诊断价值,是肺动脉狭窄分型的有效诊断方法。可作为首选诊断方法。
