电针、推拿配合寒痹散药透治疗肩周炎62例疗效观察

目的观察电针疗法、推拿配合寒痹散药透治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法针刺肩部腧穴为主,再根据疼痛部位随症配穴,留针时运用电针(疏密波),并配合寒痹散药透,取针后施以一定的推拿手法,每日治疗1次,10d为1个疗程。结果痊愈48例,占77.4%;显效10例,占16.1%;好转3例,占4.8%;无效1例,占1.6%,总有效率98.4%。结论电针、推拿配合寒痹散药透治疗肩周炎疗效满意。

Objective To observation the clinical efficay of the treatment of perarthritis by acuseotor and massage with drug infiltration by Hanbi pouder. Methods Mainly acupuncture the points on the shoulder , then combining of symptomatic points according to the location of pain , use electro-acupuncture when retaining needles（Density wave） ,and with drug infiltration by Han Bi Powder, then use manipulation after taking needles, once a day, 10 days as an treatment. Results There are 48 cases （77.4%） fully recovered; 10 cases （ 16. 1% ） are effective ;3 cases（4. 8% ） take a turn for the better, only 1 ease（ 1.6% ） is ineffective, The total effective is 98.4%. Conclusion The electro-acupuncture, massage with drug infiltration by Han Bi Powder are satisfied with the efficacy of the treatment of periarthritis.
