摘要
冠心病是严重危害人类健康的心血管疾病。外周血干细胞存在于外周循环血中,具有多向分化潜能及自我更新能力。近年来在外周血干细胞移植方面的研究进展表明其在心梗发生后具有修复坏死区域心肌组织,减少心室重构和改善心功能的能力。外周血干细胞取材方便,易保存且安全,在缺血性心脏病的治疗中可望有广阔的临床应用前景。
