MadCAM-1表达与胃癌发生相关性的研究

摘要 目的:探讨胃癌发生发展中黏膜地址素细胞黏附分子-1(MadCAM-1)的变化对胃癌的影响。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测50例行胃癌根治术所收集的癌组织、癌旁组织、正常胃黏膜组织中Mad-CAM-1的表达情况。结果:MadCAM-1表达率在正常胃黏膜、癌旁组织及癌组织中分别为78%(39/50)、64%(32/50)和40%(20/50)。癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于正常组织(χ2=14.924,P=0.000)和癌旁组织(χ2=5.769,P=0.016);而正常组织与癌旁组织之间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;MadCAM-1阳性表达率低年龄组(<45岁)表达低于高年龄组(>45岁),χ2=4.688,P=0.030;MadCAM-1的阳性表达率与Borrmarn分型、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小及癌细胞的浸润深度和分化程度无关,P>0.05。结论:MadCAM-1参与肿瘤局部免疫过程,与胃癌发生发展有关。MadCAM-1的低表达可能使机体局部免疫能力降低导致了胃癌的发生。 OBJECTIVE: To explore the influence of expressions of MadCAM-1 on gastric carcinoma during the process of arising and development of gastric carcinoma. METHODS: By the im munohistochemical method, the expressions of MadCAM-1 were studied in gastric carcinoma, normal gastric tissues and cancer ad jacent tissues of 50 collected specimens when carried out radical re section of gastric carcinoma. RESULTS: The expressions of MadCAM-1 were 78%(39/50), 64%(32/50) and 40%(20/50) in norma gastric mueosae, cancer-adjacent tissues and gastric carcinoma tissue. respectively. The expression rate of MadCAM-1 was higher in gastric carcinoma tissues than in normal gastric mucosae (χ^2 = 14. 924, P= 0. 000) and cancer-adjacent tissues (χ^2 = 5. 769, P = 0. 016), anc there was no significant difference between normal gastric mucosae anc cancer-adjacent tissues (P〉0. 05). The expression rate of MadCAM-1 was lower in the young group(〈45 y) than in the old group(〉45 y) χ^2 =4. 688, P=0. 030. The expression of MadCAM-1 showed no cot relation with the Borrmarn type, tumor location, tumor size and th( differentiation and infiltration grade of gastric carcinoma, P〉 0. 05. CONCLUSIONS: MadCAM- 1 participates in the local immunity of cancer. The low expression of MadCAM-1 may decrease the immune competence and induce carcinogenesis of gastric carcinoma.
