面向生态文明的21世纪中国林业生态建设的战略思考

STRATEGIC THOUGHTS ON CHINA’S FORESTRY ECOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTION TOWARD 21 CENTURY OF ECOLOGCAL CIVILIZATION

建设山川秀美的生态环境,是面向生态文明的21世纪中国林业的核心任务和战略选择。林业生态建设的总体目标是用50年时间建立一个比较完备的林业生态体系。使森林分三步在整个国土上呈现为布局合理、结构稳定、功能齐全、整体效益最佳的状态。其目标:到2010年、2030年和2050年,森林覆盖率分别达到19.5%、24%和26%。21世纪要大力发展绿色事业,用新的思想来引导生产和消费;用绿色产业领导新世纪的产业潮流;用绿色科技占领新世纪生产方式的主导地位;用“绿色产品”繁荣新世纪的“绿色市场”,彻底改变生产和生活方式。

Construction of ecological environment with picturesque scenery in mou(?)amo(?)s areas is the core task and strategic selection for China toward the 21 century of ecological en- vironment.In 21 century,China must develop green enterprise with great efforts,guide production and consumption with new thoughts,format new industry trend with new green industry,occupy the main position of productive pattern with new green technical,boost “green market”with“green products”of new century and change production and living pat- tern throughly.
