摘要
不少城市的水源靠山区水库供给。山区为保证城市水源和水质作出了巨大贡献和牺牲,为此应重新思考城市与山区的关系问题。山区是城市的生命线,参加有关山区的建设是城市工作的重要内容,对于多山的我国来说更是如此。城市应给予山区财力和物力的支持。建立大城市水资源利用补偿机制是一个有效的办法。
A large number of cities depend on water resources from mountainous areas. Mountainous areas make great contributions and sacrifice too much for ensuring water supply cities.Therefore,the relationship between cities and mountainous areas must be reconsid- ered.Mountainous areas are the lifeline of cities and it is an important work for cities to par- ticipate in the construction of mountainous area.The cities must provide materials and funds for the construction of mountainous area and it will he an effective measure to establish a compensatory system for water resources consumption.
