摘要
根据设备实际加工情况,分析MDK4120D数控木门综合加工机加工木门的门锁、门铰链(合页)等配套五金件安装槽及孔的加工效率及成本,总结归纳出计算公式,将有关数据代入计算公式,能够计算出产品加工效率及成本。实际加工情况表明,这套加工效率及成本计算公式是可行的,计算结果精确,能实际指导生产,能为企业内部生产成本核算提供精确的数据。
According to the equipment actual processing situation, this paper analyzes on the MDK4120D numerical control wooden door synthesis processing machining wooden door the door lock, the door hinge and so on gate necessary hardwares to install the trough and the hole processing efficiency and the cost, summarizes and intrduces the formula, the related data substitution formula, can calculate the product processing efficiency and the cost. The actual processing situation indicated that the processing efficiency and the cost formula are feasible, the result is highly precise and it can actually instruct the production and provide the accurate data for the enterprises＇ production cost.
