厚型纤维板的制造

Manufacturing technology of thick fiberboard

阐述了纤维板生产中喷蒸-真空热压技术的特点以及其在改建普通MDF生产线以生产厚型MDF中的关键技术。结果表明,应用这一技术,可大大缩短热压时间并生产出密度更均匀的符合国标要求的厚型MDF。

The paper stated the technique features of steam injection vacuum hot pressing and also introduced the key technology on improving ordinary thick MDF production line.The result showed that the technique would short the hot pressing time and produce the density even and accord with international standard thick MDF.
