摘要
根据P91钢的单轴及多轴蠕变实验数据,建立了P91钢在高温下的损伤-硬化蠕变数学计算模型,利用该模型实现了P91钢高温蠕变的数值计算。通过分析和研究金属在高温蠕变过程中出现的骨点应力,预测金属高温蠕变损耗情况,这对于评估高温构件的安全性和经济性意义重大。
Based on test data of P91 steel single- and multi-axial creep, mathematical model of damage-hardening creep of P91 steel under high temperature is established. And numerical calculation is performed using this model. Through analyzing node stresses occurred during metal high temperature creep, metal high temperature creep loss can be predicted, which has great significances on evaluating high temperature component safety and economy.
