摘要
三河电厂二期工程设2座4500m2的排烟冷却塔,是我国第1个自主设计的排烟冷却塔。文章应用ANSYS有限元程序对排烟冷却塔开孔后对塔筒稳定性和应力的影响、V字柱不等间距布置对塔筒及环基的影响等进行了较为全面的研究分析,并总结出了一些规律。研究成果在国内首次应用于工程实践并取得成功。
The first domestic design stack-in cooling towers in Sanhe Power Plant Phase 2 Project, have 4 500 m^2 cooling area individually. Finite element software, ANSYS, is used to analyze effects of openings in stack-in tower on tower proper stability and stress, as well as effects of unevenly distributed V-columns on tower and loop foundation. Some rules are summarized. Results are used in engineering practice for the first time in the nation and proved to be successful
