在直流工程换流站的建设过程中,对施工现场、工程进度、工程质量及环保等工作的有效管理非常重要。建设项目管理的重点在于现场管理的执行力。管理的思路是安全、质量、进度、投资、环保等要素管理的超前策划、提前预控、事后闭环。现场管理的落点在于项目经理,项目经理管理的要点在于主动及时的协调管理,项目团队大局意识是建精品工程的有力保证。
In the process of DC converter station construction, it is very important to have effective management on construction site, schedule, quality, and environmental protection, etc. The key to construction project management is on-site execution; the idea of management is advance planning, early pre-control, and afterwards close-loop on key elements, like safety, quality, schedule, investment, and environment protection, etc. Project manager is the maj or factor of on-site management,who must eye on proaetive and timely coordination. Awareness of team work guarantees a high quality project.
