摘要
对南四湖上级湖表层沉积物中的15种美国环保署(USEPA)优控多环芳烃(PAHs)进行了定量分析.测定结果表明,沉积物中15种PAHs总含量范围为163.0~2983.8ng/g dry wt.。相关分析表明,南四湖上级湖表层沉积物中PAHs浓度的空间分布受入湖河流影响较大,与入湖河流两岸的工农业布局和城市分布存在一定的相关性;南四湖上级湖表层沉积物中的多环芳烃主要来源于煤炭、木材及石油的不完全燃烧;目前南四湖上级湖表层沉积物样品中的PAHs含量处于低风险水平,尚未对生物造成显著的负面影响。
The 15 kinds of US EPA-listed priority PAHs in the surface sediment samples of Upper Nansi Lake were analyzed quantitatively by HPLC-SPD-Fluorescence method, the total concentration of PAHs in sediments ranged from 163.0 - 2983.8ng/g dry wt..The PAHs concentration t distribution being relatively great influenced by human activity and hydrodynamic condition along the Nansi lake zone. The indexes of source identification indicated the main source of PAHs in the samples was combustion source, which included coal, oil and wood inadequate combustion. Presently the concentrations level of PAHs in the study area belonged to low-level ecological risk, which have not caused the marked negative influence on organism.
