警惕全球经济危机引发组织认同危机 被引量:1

摘要 由于岗位竞争压力、报酬递减效应、接受区域窄化和主管风格转变等原因,经济危机中容易引发企业组织认同危机,给企业的生存和发展造成严重负面影响。本文建议重视组织认同风险控制,搞好内部团结稳定,强化心理健康保护,实施灵活雇员策略,着眼未来在人力资源管理上做好布局工作。
