摘要 教育理论与教育实践的相互错位和相互结合、适应是教育理论与教育实践在相互促进中不断发展的客观必然和永恒追求。教育是在教育认识和教育理论引领下的指导学习或以言行影响人的实践和认识统一的活动。教育实践是教育理论的重要来源和终极追求。教育理论既是对教育实践的系统认识,又是引领和促进教育实践发展的合理性认识。正确认识教育理论与教育实践的逻辑特点、优化教育理论队伍结构、提高教育理论研究者的理论思维能力和专业水平,加强他们对教育实践的全面深入和有针对性的认识是加强教育理论与教育实践结合的重要措施。 The mismatch, integration and adaptation of educational theory and practice are the objective necessity and eternal pursuit in the mutual development of educational practice and theory. Education refers to the learning guided by educational cognition and theory or activity in which educators make individual's practice and knowledge united by language and behavior. Educational practice is the ultimate pursuit and important source of educational theory. Educational theory is not only the systemizing cognition of educational practice, but also the rational cognition that leads and facilitates the development of educational practice. It is an important measure to strengthen the link of educational practice and theory by understanding the logic feature of educational practice and theory correctly, optimizing the structure of educational research team, improving theoretical and professional ability of educational researchers and intensifying their all-around, deep and aim-set cognition of educational practice.
