摘要
城乡"二元割裂"思维决定了已有的一些教育政策和研究对农村基础教育培养目标的定位存在着偏颇。我们认为要合理定位农村基础教育的培养目标,就应考虑到社会现实背景、农民及其子女的教育需求和基础教育的内在规定性等因素。我们对基础教育培养目标的思维应该从"二元割裂"走向"一体化",农村和城市的基础教育培养目标应该是同一的。
The idea of "dual fragment" of urban and rural areas results in biased decisions when making policies and researches on the goals of basic education in rural areas. We believe that to make a reasonable goal, we should take into account such factors as social reality, educational needs of both farmers and their children, and inherent requirements of basic education. When making goals we should shift from "dual fragment" to "integration", and goal of basic education in urban and rural areas should be the same.
