目前,有很多中资建筑企业进入非洲国家,参与当地的基础建设。由于非洲工业落后,且工程机械租赁市场不发达，中资建筑企业施工生产所用的设备基本都是从国内采购后运送到施工现场。国外施工不像国内施工大都采取分包形式，一般都是施工企业自己直接进行项目管理、施工。因此，项目投入的设备多，价值也比较大，设备管理显得尤为重要。

Nowdays,many Chinese construction enterprises have entered African market and attached themselves to the local foundation construction.Because African construction industry and construction machinery lease market is slow now,so Chinese construction enterprises have to bring their all types of equipments needed there,and the construction enterprise must manage the construction project by themselves.Therefore,the volume and the value of the equipments are too big,and the key point is equipment management.
