本文试图通过对河南省地矿局商业性矿产勘查的工作情况、存在的主要问题进行分析,针对现行《矿产资源法》中对商业性矿产勘查工作的制度缺失以及不完善之处,提出商业性矿产勘查工作亟待解决的法律问题,以推动河南矿产资源开发的健康、快速、协调发展。
