摘要
国际金融危机发生以来,煤炭市场需求减缓,价格大幅下滑,黑龙江煤炭矿区再次遭遇供大于求的难题。本文着重分析了黑龙江煤炭产业链延伸的背景和模式,提出了实现矿区产业链延伸和煤城长远发展的策略。
After the eruption of the international financial crisis, the demand and price of coal decreases greatly. Coal-corporations in Heilongjiang have an oversupply again. This paper analyzes the background and extension mode of Heilongjiang coal mining area, and put forwards the tactics of the industrial chain extension and the development tactics of the coal-based city.
