摘要
本文对冀东地区某低贫赤铁矿进行了选矿实验研究。根据矿石特点,最终采用阶段磨矿-弱磁-强磁-阴离子反浮选流程选别该矿石,并取得铁精矿品位65.80%、精矿产率22.97%、精矿回收率69.10%、总尾矿品位8.81%的指标。
Mineral processing tests were carrried out to treat low grade hematite of Hebei. The results show that a flow sheet of stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation is the most feasible. Adopting the flowsheet, iron concentrate with a grade of 65.80% TFe, a yield of 22. 97%, a recovery of 69.10%, and a tailing grade of 8. 81%.
