陕西某金红石矿重选厂选矿回收率低的原因分析 被引量:5

摘要 陕西某金红石矿已建成200t/d重选厂,由于选矿回收率低、选矿成本高而难以维系生产。结合原矿性质对选矿工艺流程进行分析研究表明:该金红石原矿品位低、嵌布粒度细,属细粒、微细粒不均匀嵌布,金红石与脉石矿物关系复杂,为难选金红石矿;由于原矿中含有大量片状脉石矿物,对水力分级、重选和磁选影响大,造成选矿的回收率低,此外,原矿中含有部分铁金红石,磁选时损失于磁性产物中,也影响到回收率的提高。 A 200t/d gravity concentration factory for rutile has been built in ShanXi, but because of the low recovery and the high cost, it has not been keeping, in basis of analysing the character of run-of-mine ore and checking the flowsheet, it is found that the run-of-mine ore's grade is low, its dissemination size is fine/microfine, the rutile is intimately capsulated by gangue minerals which makes it quitely difficult to be separated, besides there are large numbers of sheet gangue minerals which impact the gravity concentract and the magnetic separation. Some rutile is been lost. All of that make the recovery be low.
