摘要
实验研究了鸡等级前卵泡颗粒细胞和膜细胞的发育及促卵泡素(FSH)对其增殖的调控作用。形态学观察显示小白卵泡只有1层颗粒细胞,大白卵泡出现2层颗粒细胞,而小黄卵泡和大黄卵泡中则有多层颗粒细胞。结果表明:卵泡颗粒细胞和膜细胞的密度和细胞层厚度随着卵泡发育的等级而增加。卵泡体外悬浮培养表明,FSH显著刺激小黄卵泡和大黄卵泡中颗粒细胞的增殖,但对膜细胞无显著促增殖作用。由此推测,FSH通过刺激颗粒细胞的增殖促使等级前卵泡进入等级发育。
Developmental morphological changes of the granulosa cells (GC) and theca cells (TC) were evaluated in chicken prehierarchical follicles. Morphological observation showed that there was only one stratum of GC in the small white follicles, double stratum of GC in large white follicles, multiple stratum of GC in small and large yellow follicles. Statistic analysis indicated that the cell density and thickness of both folliclular layers were significantly increased with the increasing follicle size. Meanwhile, the effect of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) on theca and granulosa cell proliferation was investigated via follicle suspension culture in vitro. Results showed that FSH significantly stimulated the proliferation of GC, but not the TC in the yellow follicles, suggesting that FSH stimulate proliferation of the granuosa cells to promote these follicles to enter hierachical development.
