母源性促仔猪生长发育生物活性因子的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 母乳和羊水是哺乳期和胎儿期仔猪的母源性营养来源,不仅含有该阶段仔猪生长发育所需的能量、蛋白质、脂肪酸、维生素和矿物质元素等营养素,而且还含有许多生物活性因子,如抗感染物质、消化酶、激素和生长因子,这些生物活性因子可能对仔猪的生长发育具有重要的生理调控作用。本文对母源性生物活性因子及其对仔猪生长发育调控的研究情况进行综述。 Maternal milk and amniotic fluid contain not only energy, protein, fatty acids, vitamins and mineral elements which are essential for piglets during fetal period and infancy, but also various types of bioactive compounds, including anti-infectious agents, digestive enzymes, hormones and growth factors. These maternal bioactive compounds may play a significant role in modulating growth and development of piglets. In this paper, we reviewed the current knowledge on maternal bioaetive compounds in porcine milk and amniotic fluid and their possible effects on growth and development in piglets.
