丙泊酚对重度颅脑损伤患者血清S100B蛋白的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的:研究丙泊酚对重度颅脑损伤患者血清S100B蛋白的影响,评价丙泊酚的脑保护作用。方法:24例重度颅脑损伤患者随机分为丙泊酚(A)组、异氟醚(B)组和非手术(C)组,每组8例。用酶联免疫吸附法测定术前(T1)、手术结束时(T2)(C组为损伤后4h)、损伤后12h(T3)、损伤后1d(T4)、损伤后3d(T5)和损伤后5d5(T6)的血清S100B蛋白浓度。结果:A组患者损伤后12h和损伤后d1的血清S100B蛋白浓度显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05),A组和B组患者损伤后3d的血清S100B蛋白浓度显著低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:重度颅脑损伤患者血清S100B蛋白浓度明显升高,术中持续输注丙泊酚可降低血清S100B蛋白浓度。丙泊酚对脑损伤有保护作用,是颅脑手术麻醉的理想药物。 Objective:To investigate the effect of propofol on serum level of S100B in patients with severe head injury. Methods:Twenty-four patients with severe head injury were randomly divided into propofol group (A), isoflurane group (B) and control group (C) with eight cases each. The serum levels of S100B were measured by enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay before operation, at the end of operation (at 4h after injury in group C), 12 h, 1 d, 3 d, 5 d after injury. Results:Serum levels of S100B at 12 h and 1 d after injury in group A were significantly lower than these in group B and group C(P〈0.05), Serum levels of S100B at 3 d after injury in group A and group B were significantly lower than that in group C(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Infusion of Propofol during operation can reduce serum level of S100B. Propofol has protective effect on ischemia brain damage, and propofol is suitable for anesthesia of neurosurgery.
