活血散节中成药对乳腺增生雌性大鼠乳腺形态结构的影响

Effects of Two Kinds of Chinese Medicines with Characteristics of Blood Circulation Activating and Node Dispersing on Morphological Structure of Mammary Glands in Models of Mammary Hyperplasia in Female Rats

目的:比较两种活血、散节中成药乳增宁和乳癖消对乳腺增生雌性大鼠乳腺形态结构及对受体水平的影响。方法:长期大量肌肉注射己烯雌酚,建立成年大鼠乳腺增生模型,观察乳癖消、乳增宁对乳腺重量指数,乳腺组织结构,乳腺雌、孕激素受体的影响。结果:两种活血、散节、化瘀中药均使增生的乳腺重量指数及乳腺结构得到恢复,或使雌、孕激素核/浆受体比值趋于正常,与病理模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),两用药组之间无明显差别。结论:活血、散节化瘀中药对乳腺结构具有保护作用。其作用方式是通过调节内分泌激素、受体系统的平衡实现的。

Objective：To study the effects and mechanism of two kinds of Chinese tranditional medicines with the functions of blood circulation activating and node diserpsing on morphologic structure of mammary glands in female rat models of mammary hyperplasia. Methods： The models of mammary gland hyperplasia were established by diethylstilbestrol injection to observe the changes of gland＇s weight index, structure, estradiol receptor （ER） and progesterone receptor （PR） after treated. Results： Both of medicines could improve or restore the proliferated structure of mammary gland and its weight index as well as the EnR/EcR and PnR/PcR ratios（P〈0.05）. But the difference was less significant between the two kinds of Chinese medicine groups. Conclution： These two Chinese randitional medicines has the protective effects on the structure of mammary gland. They realized their function through relating the balance between endocrine and receptors system.
