我国参与国际大科学研究计划的现状及对策

本文阐述了大科学的特点及目前国际大科学研究的发展形势,分析了我国参与国际大科学研究的现状,以及一些主要国家和地区的大科学国际合作政策,最后针对我国参与国际大科学研究计划存在的问题提出了若干政策建议。

This paper describes the major features and the development trend of big science, analyzes the actualities of the big science programs that China participates in, and also introduces the policies of some other countries about big science research, finally gives some thoughts on the international cooperation when China participates in the big science research programs.
