摘要 本文分析了我国某铀矿高氟铀矿石提铀堆浸生产实践中矿堆产生大面积板结、树脂结块等现象和"111"产品质量等问题,介绍了提铀工艺过程中采用小粒度矿石堆浸、串堆淋浸、定期翻堆等措施所取得的效果。结果表明这些措施可以改善铀矿生产企业的技术经济指标,提高企业的经济效益;针对"111"产品质量问题,采用的"111"产品降氟新工艺能有效降低产品中氟含量,采用该方法处理后产品质量达到国家标准。 During uranium extracting produce of high fluorin content ore in one uranium mine in China,the ore pile′s harden and the resin′s agglomeration have engendered.The fluorin content of product "111" can't meet the national standard.During uranium extracting test,small size ore heap leaching、leaching in series piles and piles' turnover periodically have been used.The test results show that these measures can improve the economic index and benefit of uranium mine.Aim to the problem of product quality,the new method is used to decrease the fluorin content in product and the fluorin content in product can be decreased after treated and meet the national standard.
