摘要
本文选择联合国教科文组织国际教育规划研究所"突发事件中的教育及其重建"这一专题研究项目,通过对该项目提出的背景、主要研究范围、研究活动和相关成果加以述评,借此概览国际组织关于教育系统应对危机的研究进展;并为我国教育系统如何研究和应对突发事件或危机状态提供借鉴和启示。
In recent years many international organizations pay more and more attentions to the education system in emergencies and reconstruction driven by the thought of Education for All. This paper selects the research project of education in emergencies and reconstruction initiated by UNESCO-IIEP and analyses its background, dimensions, actions and outcomes. The aim of this study is to introduce the international research progress of education in complex emergencies, chronic crises and calamities, and also provide a profound implication for China's efforts on dealing with educational emergencies.
