摘要 本文对组织学习能力和战略柔性的前期研究进行分析,提炼出一个体现组织学习能力和战略柔性之间关系的结构模型,并采用多行业的样本数据,运用结构方程模型进行实证分析,检验了不同类型的战略柔性(资源柔性和能力柔性)受组织学习能力影响的程度。通过假设验证分析,辅助各变量R2值的分析,资源柔性20.3%的方差被学习能力所解释,而学习能力则占据了能力柔性94.1%的方差比例,体现了学习能力对资源柔性和能力柔性不同程度的解释力,学习能力对能力柔性的解释力度更强,说明学习能力对资源柔性影响程度低,学习能力对能力柔性影响程度高,这是一个新结论。研究结论为提升企业战略柔性提供理论指导。 Through the summary and analysis of organizational learning capacity and strategic flexibihty, this article extracts a structural model which manifests the relationship between organizational learning capacity and strategic flexibility, and the article uses a multi - industry sample data, and structural equation model, which empirically analyzes and examines how the different types of strategic flexibility ( resources flexibility and capacity flexibility) affect the organizational learning capacity. Through hypothesis testing analysis, associated with variables' coefficients of determination R^2, 20.3 percents of variance of resources flexibility was explained by learning capacity while learning capacity occupied 94.1 percents of capacity flexibility. It shows that learning capacity has different degrees of explanations to resources flexibility and capacity flexibility, and learning capacity has stronger interpretation of capacity flexibility, which illustrates learning capacity has strong effort on capacity flexibility while low effort on resources flexibility, and this is a new conclusion. It provides theoretical guideline to enhance strategy flexibility.
