摘要
在实验室条件下对亚麻原茎进行温水脱胶,系统分析发酵过程中细菌总数、果胶菌、果胶酶、木聚糖酶、纤维素酶、还原糖、总氮量、pH值及COD等参数的动态变化。同时,采用变性凝胶电泳(DGGE)技术探讨了亚麻脱胶过程的生物多样性。
Flax degumming in warm water was conducted under lab conditions. Bacteriologic and enzymologic parameters in flax degumming process including total bacteria, pectin decomposing bacteria, pectinase, xylanase, cellulase, reductive sugar, total nitrogen, pH and COD were investigated. Biodiversity study with DGGE techniques was also carried out.
