钛带坯对焊质量对成品组织和性能的影响

摘要 利用钛材具有的焊接性能,对厚度为δ1.0mm的钛板进行对焊。通过控制焊接电流、电弧电压及焊接速度,同时进行一定的热处理,经85%以上的加工率轧制后,生产出厚度为δ0.15mm,单重≥60kg,长度≥50m的钛带,且焊缝组织和性能满足用户要求。 By using of the welding performance of titanium materials, the titanium plates titani- um plates of 1.0mm thickness is being butt welded. By controlling the welding current, arc voltage and welding speed, and carrying out a certain degree of heat-treatment, rolled under the processing rate of more than 85%, and the titanium strips with the thickness of 0.15mm, single weight not less than 60kg, length not less than 50m are produced. Moreover, the welding structure and performance satisfy the requirements of the user.
