TA15钛合金支臂是某机承力构件,采用近等温锻造工艺,将近等温锻造成形技术应用于TA15钛合金支臂难变形合金外形复杂锻件生产,通过控制模具温度在坯料加热温度以下某一范围内,避免锻造过程中温升并使坯料处在较高塑性区,有效降低材料流动抗力,提高锻件组织均匀性、一致性,生产出组织性能合格锻件。
Titanium alloy TA15 corbel piece is the structural member of a certain type aircraft, which could be formed by applying near-isothermal forging technology. Near-isothermal forging forming technology is applied to produce TA15 titanium alloy figuration complex forgings, by controlling the die temperature below the billet's heating temperature in a certain range, temperature rise in forging process is avoided and billet is in rather high plastic zone that could reduce material flow resistance effectively and improve forging structure uniformity, forgings with both acceptable structure and property are manufactured.
