国务院批准实施《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》,标志着广西北部湾经济区进入了一个新的发展阶段。为了加快把广西北部湾经济区建设成为对外开放的战略高地和新的经济增长极,我们必须要抓住机遇,深化经济体制改革,不断拓展对外开放合作,加快推进重大项目建设,加大资金投入力度,扩大外资利用规模,为广西北部湾经济区开放开发创造良好的发展环境。

State Council approved the implementation of the Development Plan of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, which marks the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi has entered a new stage of development. In order to build the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi into a strategic high ground of opening up and the new economic growth pole in a quick way, we must seize the opportunity, deepen the reform of the economic system, constantly expand cooperation in the outside world, accelerate the construction of major projects, increase financial input and expand the scale of the use of foreign capital so as to create a good environment for the development and opening up of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi.
