采用方波变频电源进行谐振耐压试验的研究

摘要 变频谐振耐压试验通常采用正弦波变频电源。方波变频电源原理、实现电路和制造工艺比正弦波变频电源简单得多。采用方波变频电源作为谐振耐压试验电源的关键问题是,能否在被试品上产生正弦波电压。通过对方波进行Fourier分解,运用电路叠加原理进行分析,从理论上证明采用方波变频电源可以产生正弦波电压。实验结果表明,方波变频电源可以在电容性被试品上产生正弦波,可以作为谐振耐压试验的电源。 Sine-wave variable-frequency powers are normally used in resonant voltage withstand tests. The principle, implementing circuit, and manufacturing process of square-wave variable frequency powers are much simpler than that of sine-wave ones. The key problem for square-wave variable-frcquency power to be used in resonant voltage withstand test is that if it is possible to generate sine-wave voltage on specimens. Through Fourier decomposition and circuit superposition theoretical analysis, it is proved theoretically that sine-wave voltage can be generated using square- wave variable frequency power. Test results also show that since sine-wave has been generated on capacitance specimens by square-wave power, it can be used as power supply for resonant voltage withstand tests.
