摘要
以香港青山B电厂4×680 MW机组排放控制工程(CPBEC)为例,介绍香港环保EPC项目中项目职业健康安全(OHS)风险控制的特点,并详细地阐述了风险控制措施,包括风险控制的基本步骤、危险源的辨识、风险评价等。最后除述了目前国内环保企业在OHS风险管理中存在的主要问题,并提出了改进措施。
Using Hongkong Qingshan B Power Plant＇s 4×680 MW unit emission control project （CPBEC） as an example, the characters of project occupational health and safety （OHS） risk control in oversea EPC projects are introduced. Risk control measures, including basic procedures of risk control, identification of sources of risks, risk evaluations, etc., are discussed in detail. Finally, major problems existing in domestic environmental protection companies＂ OHS risk managements are discussed. Improvement measures are also presented.
