40吨转炉除尘水循环使用技术

承钢炼钢一厂4座40吨转炉采用湿法除尘,产量由20吨转炉改造扩产,但除尘水系统没有进行相应改造,系统能力一直不足,系统结垢严重。通过优化冷却水系统,进行适宜的水质稳定处理,解决了除尘水系统结垢问题。

Four 40t converter of Chengde Steel first steel--making plant adopts wet dedust,the capacity is reconstructed by 20 converter extension ,however,the dedust water system remains unchanged which results system ability lasting shortage and serious system filthy. Through restructure cooling water system and adopts reasonable water stabilization, the dedust water system filthy problem has been resolved.
