摘要
《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》(GB50300-2001)自发布以来,对指导各专业工程施工质量验收发挥了重要作用,但随着建筑科学技术的发展及建筑节能工程施工质量验收等内容的增加,《标准》已不能很好地适应当前形势的需要,在执行中也暴露出一些不够完善的地方。针对这些问题及如何作好《标准》的修编工作进行讨论,并提出几点看法。
From the unified standard for constructional quality acceptance of building engineering had been issued, various professional works for construction quality acceptance had been guided and regulated, but with the development of building science and technology, the standard cannot accommodate the requirement of current situation well, the content about building energy-saving for construction quality acceptance should be added into the standard. Aiming at some unperfect places, this paper discussed the revision work.
