某单位一辆搭载EK100直列6缸发动机的日野自卸车，在卸载时，举升油缸活塞杆被从油缸中抽出后，车厢内余料加上车厢自质量重重地作用在车架上，造成前传动轴弯曲变形、发动机散热器冷却风扇变形、进气歧管破碎以及其他部分零部件损坏。
This is a case study of Hino tipper. When it was off-loading, the Lifting-oil cylinder was damaged by combining factors of self-weight and left-over stuff on the truck after the piston-rod was raised from the cylinder. The article provided an analysis of the accident and solution as well, and brought forward a series of prevention measures.
