摘要
城市建设与城市生态环境保护的协调发展是历史进程之必然，不以人的意志为转移，尽早采取综合措施，解决当前城市发展中存在的生态环境问题．促使两者同步、持续、健康发展已刻不容缓．笔者从两者的哲学关系、当前存在的问题及促使两者协调发展的战略探讨三个方面进行了论述．
The Coordinated development of urban construction and urban ecological environmental protection is an inevitable historical tendency which cannot be changed by human determination.It is urgent now to take comprehensive measures to settle current ecological problems in urban development and make urban construction and urban ecdongical environmental protection go simultaneously,sustainably and healthily.This article discusses three aspects,i.e,their philosophic relationship,the current problems and the strategies to harnomize their development.
