摘要
运用色谱方法和现代分析方法从南中国海采集到的海绵Ｐｈｙｌｏｓｐｏｎｇｉａｆｏｌｉａｓｃｅｎｓ中分离鉴定了２个新的二倍半萜化合物ＰｈｙｌｏｆｏｌａｃｔｏｎｅＦ和ＰｈｙｌｏｆｏｌａｃｔｏｎｅＧ．同时也分离得到了２个已知的二倍半萜类化合物ＰｈｙｌａｃｔｏｎｅＤ和ＰｈｙｌａｃｔｏｎｅＥ．
Four scalarane type sesterterpenes 1￣4 were isolated from the Phallospongia foliascens collected in South China Sea Their structures were elucidated by spectral data and compared with the set of compounds reported in literatures
