摘要
根据全世界水资源短缺造成的严重后果，分析了目前中国贫水化的严重性，并根据水资源浪费的实际特点，提出了缓减贫水化的对策．
Based on the serious consequence for fresh water-lack in history in the whole world and analyzed the phenomenon of water poverty in China.In accordance with the salient features about fresh water been wasted, the methods for stopping water poverty been proposed.
