The CPP32 gene is digested from a prokaryotic expression plasmid vector pBV220/CPP by EcoRⅠ and BamHⅠ, then this gene is colned into the retrovirus vector MSCVneoEB, generating recombinant retrovirus vecter MSCV/CPP. The positive clone is selected and the recombinant vecter MSCV/CPP is identified. This study has laid the foundation for examining the expression of CPP32 gene in eukaryotic cells, the function of CPP32 proteinase and gene therapy.
