摘要
我国在迈入博士教育大国行列后,如何提升博士教育质量是不容回避的问题。本研究在全国调查数据基础上,应用模糊综合评价方法,从博士生自身和博士导师两个群体作出综合质量评判,从课程体系、培养环节和能力素质三个方面发现不同学科间存在的差异,最后为完善我国博士培养质量提供参考。
Doctoral education is the highest level of the education.Its training quality has been a core indicator in measuring national competitive forces.How to improve the quality becomes a crucial issue when our doctoral education is on the rank of great power. Basing on the survey all over the nation,we use the fuzzy comprehensive method to assess the quality according to the evaluation of doctoral students and advisers and find out that the different disciplines have quality discrepancy according to three aspects of curricula system,education process and capability.Finally we put forward some suggestions of perfecting doctoral education in our country.
