摘要
利用经验公式来计算能带和晶格常数，并用来进行发光材料异质结构的设计，方法简单，直观，在试制和生产中将会有重要的应用．
A concise and simple method that calculates the bandgap and the lattic constant of material is used to design the structure of hetrojunction luminous material. It is very important for research, development and production of light emitting devices.
