以现代性为标志的社会生活和社会组织方式渐渐确立了跨国界、跨文化的社会联系方式。以"礼俗"为关联纽带的传统共同体已经被以"理法"为纽带的现代社会所替代。对社会生活之中的生命权力的管理和疏导,对跨越民族国家界限的暴力形式的控制和防范,都可能采取与传统社会完全不同的形式。这就为从文化变迁以及文化越界传播角度重新审视犯罪现象及预防和控制犯罪提出了挑战性的课题。在全球性文化背景下,传统犯罪学对新呈现的犯罪现象已无法进行深度阐释,但一旦被纳入到文化视野之中,从生存紧迫性、价值冲突感、社会断裂状态等方面来透视、反思和研究,则会使这些令人困惑的难题柳暗花明。

The social way with transnational and transcuhural communication has gradually been established through the social life and social institutional way which symbol is modernization. Modem society based on ＂Li Fa＂ has replaced the traditional community based on ＂Li Su＂. How to administer and relieve the life -force in social life, how to control and precautions the violence forms with transnational and transcultural nature, the new way fit for modem society would be taken, which is different completely from the way in traditional society. So, it is a challenge issue that the criminal phenomenon would be examined closely and crime is controlled in an approach of cultural changes and transcuhural spread
