螺旋藻产业发展与产品开发的现状与前景(英文)

The Today and Future of Spirulina Development*

概述了世界螺旋藻产业在人类保健食品、具有重要商业价值的动物饲料、医药、化妆品与精细化工、食品添加剂等领域的产品开发与应用现状，总结了我国螺旋藻产业在过去１０年来的成绩与不足，提出了螺旋藻产业发展与产品开发亟待解决的产品质量标准与控制。

The present situation of product development and utilization of Spirul in ainaspects, such as health food for human consumption, feed for animals of commercial importance, medicine, cosmetics and meticulouschemical industries, and food additives, etc., has been briefly reviewed in the paper. The achievements of Spirulina industry in our country during the past decade were summarized. It is pointed out that, for the rapid improvement of Spirulina industry and product development, technological problems including quality standard and control, harvesting, drying and processing technologies, and strains selection and breeding should be urgently investigated and solved. The future of Spirulina industry and product development was also discussed.
