摘要
目的对新疆艾滋病预防和控制工作中多部门领导层开发效果进行初步评价,为今后此项工作的顺利开展提供科学依据。方法综合考虑经济、疫情、艾防工作等方面的因素,选择4个地区作为样本,对4个地区艾防委成员单位领导进行问卷调查。调查数据采用层次分析法进行综合评价。结果4个地区多部门领导层开发综合评分指数均在70%以下,但综合评分指数差距不大。结论4个地区多部门领导层开发综合评分普遍不高,说明应继续加强对多部门领导层的开发力度,提高领导层对艾滋病预防与控制工作的重视程度,促进多部门在艾防工作中发挥更大的作用。
Objective To preliminarily evaluate the effect of multi-department leadership development for HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Xinjiang and provide scientific basis for success of this program in the future. Method Four districts were selected as samples in the consideration of their economic status, HIV prevalence and progress of HIV/AIDS prevention and control, and leaders of different departments involved in local HIV/AIDS prevention in the 4 districts were interviewed with questionnaires. Collected data were evaluated with hierarchy analysis. Result Indexes of synthetic scores among the leaders of different departments in the 4 districts were below 70 % , without significant gap between different districts. Conclusion The indexes of synthetic scores among the leaders in the 4 districts are not high generally,which indicates that the multi-department leadership development should be further strengthened and leaders of different departments should be promoted to attach greater importance to HIV/AIDS prevention and control so that multi-department involvement and coordination may play a more essential role.
