HIV高效抗逆转录病毒治疗后时代消减HIV储存库的策略 被引量:3

摘要 高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)引入艾滋病的临床后,HAART可以使很多艾滋病病毒(HIV)患者的病毒载量下降、CD4水平升高和免疫重建,但是单纯HAART不能根治HIV感染。不能根治的关键是持续存在的HIV病毒储存库。按照HIV储存库的"流入流出"理论,消减HIV储存库的方法只有两个:减少来源和促进静止细胞活化、流出储存库。因此免疫治疗在HAART治疗的后时代被提上研究日程,持续有效地增加储存库流出速率才是消减储存库总量,最终达到"临床治愈"HIV感染的有效办法。白细胞介素2、6、7(IL-2I、L-6I、L-7)和抗CD3抗体、肿瘤坏死因子-α、组蛋白去乙酰酶抑制剂、Prostratin、微小RNAs、免疫毒素,都是目前研究的HIV免疫治疗方法。其中IL-2I、L-7、Prostatin能有效激活储存库细胞。对于HIV免疫治疗方案,其有效性和治疗能维持时间的长短同等重要。
